Hallmark Building Corporation was founded in 1994 by John Galarde. Galarde & Company originated in Wilmington, NC, and then expanded to Charlotte to become the Hallmark Building Corporation. We are a full service residential construction, real estate, and investment firm that specializes in: residential construction and renovations, teardowns and empty lots, residential and land development, buyouts and joint ventures, and home purchases.
